The service

Flowstate is a task and issue management tool for developers, operated by Dev Rituals. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You may not use Flowstate for any unlawful purpose
• You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• You may not use automated scripts to bulk-scrape or abuse the API
• You may not reverse-engineer or resell the service

Your data

You own the data you create in Flowstate (tasks, issues, objectives). We do not claim ownership over your content. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

Service availability

Flowstate is provided “as is.” We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss of data or business resulting from service downtime.

No warranty

The service is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Dev Rituals disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dev Rituals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Flowstate.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
